Martin Gardner Architecture Announces Bidding for Lake Mills CSD Gym HVAC and Lighting Replacement Project
Lake Mills, IA – Martin Gardner Architecture has announced the upcoming bidding opportunity for the Lake Mills CSD Gym HVAC and Lighting Replacement Project (Project No. 2500299).
The proposed project includes the replacement of mechanical systems and lighting within the gymnasium at Lake Mills Community School District. Work will also include structural and roof assembly modifications as required to accommodate new rooftop units.
The improvements are designed to enhance energy efficiency, improve indoor air quality, and upgrade lighting performance within the gym facility.
