Congratulations to Kyler, Carson, Jackson, Rylan, and Therese, who received free ATV safety helmets through a drawing following our ATV Safety Presentation!
All students attended the presentation and had the opportunity to enter the helmet drawing. Thank you to the Iowa Healthcare STARS Program and Iowa Health Care Stead Family Children’s Hospital for sponsoring this opportunity and helping our students learn how to stay safe!

LMCS Bulldog Pantry is distributing food this Thursday! The Bulldog Pantry is a school-based food bank that serves families in the LMCS district. We distribute food on Thursday afternoons, based on orders submitted via an online link. The available food items will vary throughout the year, depending on the current stock in the pantry. Join us on Oct. 27 (3:30–7:30 PM) & Oct. 28 (2:30–5:30 PM)! Here is quick info for each level:
Elementary:
•Check your scheduled time (email reminders go out the day before!).
• Missed the sign-up? Reach out to your student's teacher or Abby Holtan in the elementary office.
Middle & High School:
• Open-house format in the HS Gym. • Start in the foyer (lunchroom) to pick up a blank report card from Mr. P or Mr. Sletten before visiting teachers.
