Welcome to our school!
The public school system has been an important part of the Lake Mills, Scarville, and Joice communities from their beginnings. The Lake Mills Community School is one campus that houses the elementary, middle, and high school. The district prides itself in providing students with exciting learning opportunities that expand their connection to others locally and across the nation. Students at Lake Mills Community School benefit from small class sizes, one-to-one access to technology, and faculty who are focused on growth. We are so excited to offer our communities a school where our collective effort focuses on teaching and learning for all.

This year, LMES is focusing on choosing kindness - big or small, every act makes a difference!
* PK4 students were using manners and sharing with classmates during center time.
* 1st grade was kind to a classmate who was upset and encouraged them to try.
* 2nd grade spread kindness by donating money to fill the fridge of a family in need.
* 4th grade has been so open to change and inviting others into your classroom to help.
* Mrs. Quinby showed an amazing act of kindness to Mrs. Enderson's classroom, where she works. Each of the blankets she made was either crocheted or quilted, and each one was uniquely created for each student. Such a wonderful gift for each student.
