On April 28, 2006, the sixth grade chorus members performed at Newman Catholic School in Mason City and Clear Creek Elementary School in Clear Lake for Chorus Tour 2006. Demonstrating music through public performance is a sixth grade chorus outcome that was met by this activity.

Mr. Grotewold, performing as Elvis, sings with the chorus at Newman Elementary School.

Mrs. Back directs the students as they sing at Clear Creek Elementary School.

Taking part in these performances allowed the students to recognize the power of individual expression and communication in the fine arts. This is a fine arts program outcome at LMCS.
