Sixth Grade Chorus is an elective course that enables students to enhance their singing ability. Chorus also builds self-esteem through group participation. By utilizing different vocal techniques, students develop better pitch and breath support. Good listening skills are developed through exposure to a wide variety of music. Students perform at a Christmas concert, a spring concert, and at community functions during the school day. There is a culminating field trip performance in May.
